Those are the arch specific parts of the kernel, which is a very small part of the total sources. You need them about as much as you need the driver code for devices not present on your system: ie. not at all. However, it's going to be a lot more effort going round and deleting those files than any possible benefit from the small amount of filesystem space you'll recover.
