A number of folks, though I'm not one of them. 3 fps? Whoah. Sounds like PCI settings or an interrupt conflict of some sort. Let's see your "fxtv -debug startup" output first and go from there. Also, note your BIOS PCI bus settings, motherboard, and "dmesg | grep '[id]rq'" output.
