The 2nd symbol is also not used by amd64 or armv7 libstdc++.so.6
and so seems (somewhat?) unique to aarch64 for the libstdc++.so.6
usage context:

                 U __floatunditf@GCC_4.2.0

(I've no powerpc* environment access these days and so do not
test that kind of context.)
