In theory, most certainly!  In practice, not just now.  I've got
some tool changes to integrate (a new <manref> tag, and support
for the <email> element which should eliminate all the
<htmlurl url="foo@bar"><tt>&lt;foo@bar&gt;</tt></htmlurl> crap).
I'll take a look at generating a date too.
