I use Mailman from Endymion: http://endymion.com/products/mailman/ Not real super cool, but it works through POP3, so a) works with many servers, and b) it can live on another machine besides your mail server. But c), it's a little slow. I'm planning on switching to sqwebmail soon: http://www.inter7.com/sqwebmail/ Just a simple, fast interface.
