I'm seeing odd behavior since upgrading to 4.0R. It appears that I can't make my serial ports operate at above 9600 bps. Is there some limit that I I've even run a getty on /dev/ttyd0 and tip into it from /dev/cuaa1. Even in this config I cannot get the ports to operate above 9600.
