JFYI: http://thread.gmane.org/gmane.linux.alsa.devel/95272 Short version: sloppy use of OSS API in [unpatched/upstream] alsa-lib oss plugin may not play nice with our driver which tries to do some smart things. In this case: align requested fragment size with a sample size. -- Andriy Gapon
