There is lots of stuff out there as you can see from the page above. I have limited experience here but I have played with Argus/Flowscan. You can get Argus info here: http://www.qosient.com/argus/flow.htm But this might be overkill for what you asked for. I've got some simple graphs setup here if you wanna take a look: http://chivas.oneill.dhs.org/argus/ It does take a bit of manual configuration though.
