Did you put the files into their separate directories?

It should look like :

C:\FREEBSD
    |			|		|		|
   \/			\/		\/		\/
BIN\BIN.*		DICT\DICT.*	DOC\DOC.*   MANPAGES\MANPAGES.*      

Be sure the respective *.inf files are in the proper directories.

Take a look at the debug output by pressing ALT-F2 and see what error
messages you're getting.
