Is there a reason why your running MPPP?  You should be able to do bonding
with the bitsurfer if the AS5200 support pap AND/OR chap auth.  It has
been awhile since I did this, but here is a general outline of the steps.

1. set BS-pro to 2 b-channels
2. set BS-pro to do mppp in hardware
3. setup freebsd to do pap auth
4. setup freebsd to connect to other server
5. dial using phone.number&phone.number

This was done with using kernel ppp.
