Don't know if it is worth mentioning, I do have polkitd_enable="YES" in my /etc/rc.conf and auto mounting of usb flash drives in gnome is working. I do however get kernel panics if I poke FreeBSD with a stick (usb) of 4GB and 8GB. A 1GB stick is accepted without problems though. Has anyone else noticed this? (I'm running FreeBSD 8 stable AMD64) Byron
