The windows filesystem does not support the notion of `permissions'.
(Well, to be frank, at least *some* Windows filesystems, like NTFS, do have
permissions and access lists, it's just that their mapping to Unix permissions
does not make much sense, and the relevant FreeBSD filesystem drivers do not
try to do it.)
