And glib2 is part of Gnome? I never installed Gnome because I don't like Gnome. I tried to manually install /usr/ports/devel/gio-fam-backend and got the same error. Perhaps I need to get Gnome off the installation CDROM. I really only need the library stuff. Alternatively is there an Internet source for the missing Gnome libraries?
