  Log:
  Add a little info to this man page at the start so it doesn't
  appear that ALL the passwd command does is change a users Kerberos
  password, since that is incorrect.
  
  Actually, this man page needs a good overhaul to better reflect systems
  that don't have Kerberos installed.
