No idea what it is, > but planing on reading it source code. When you use sysinstall, got to configure, then options, and set the "Release Nmae" to 4.10-RELEASE. Packages are only built for releases, not the -STABLE branch. 4.10-STABLE is similar enough to 4.10-RELEASE that the packages should work.
