Log:
  MFC r220729:
  Add some new features:
  - 6000 series devices need enhanced sensitivity calibration.
  - 6000 series devices need a different setting for the shadow reg.
  - set the IWN_FLAG_HAS_11N bit if the EEPROM says the device has 11n
    support.
