Thunderbird and other gecko products crash with gtk 2.12.x, but depend on what theme you are using. # cd /usr/ports/mail/thunderbird/files/ # fetch http://people.freebsd.org/~mezz/diff/patch-gfx_src_gtk_gtk2drawing.c Then reinstall Thunderbird and let me know the result.
