Subject:   Kernel Panic in FAT32/Proftpd

When removing a directory, and in the past doing other modifications (file
maintenence) using ProftpD, on a FAT32 34gig IDE drive, I get a kernel
panic.  I believe this is reproducable behavior, but I didn't write down the
info before I rebooted because I had to get this server back up.  When I get
a chance, I'll cause it again, and give more information.
