Agreed. We have a README.TXT which has (almost) same information in
that directory.
And I think we should remove version specific information in
README.TXT. This file should describe only hierarchy of ftp archive,
not latest release information. Hmm, I don't want to say "should not
include", but removing version specific information from this file may
reduce the load of release engineering team.
