It tells me about various options towards the latter part of the section. It would seem to me that you would want the (impatient) users (like me!) to know about all the options upfront, before having them do a make. For example, things are documented in the following order: make -DNOPROFILE=true target make world (target) and if you wish to save your output(s), do, script .... and, by the way, you could do make buildworld or installworld I thing you would probably want to talk about saving your make session, buildworld and installworld BEFORE "make world" or maybe put a comment right upfront such as "you should read this entire section before you do a make".
