Any pointers to setting up such a thing much appreciated. SKIP is listed in the ports collections, but http://skip.incog.com/ wants assurances of being an american citizen etc etc before downloading. Is there a downloadable version of this available with the crypto libs replaced with stubs, or with international versions?
