Sounds like you have a file permission problem.  Had that happen to me
once.  Check the relevant files for the correct permissions.  I can;t
recall which were giving the problem in my experience.

		OR

Check that /usr/X11R6/bin is in the users .profile file.  This is most
likely the problem.
