If it does, depending on if it is de0, fxp0, ed0 or whatever, just edit these lines in your /etc/rc.conf and /etc/defaults/rc.conf and change the lines network_interfaces="de0 XXX lo0" ifconfig_XXX="inet xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx netmask 255.255.255.0" where XXX is your NEW NIC reboot, and see if things work as always. If they do, bring it down again, remove old nic and you are done.
