Usr is going to have to be redone when you install 6.1 . Did you set your disk up according to what was recommended? I got bit in the ass one time doing it that way, it took me about a week to determine that '/' wasn't big enough. After that, I setup according to what I know won't give me a problem if I ever have to do something. I think, if it was me, I'd look at some big harddrives and go from there. Don
