patch (svn diff) for devel/cdash

Given this port uses php-5 it's likely BROKEN.
The current version is 2.6.0[0]. Which is the
last version to support php-5. But *does* support
php-7. As one might imagine, much has changed since 2.2
and I'm currently cobbling up a v2.6.0 port now. But
until it's ready to submit. I wanted to note that I'm
aware this port is broken, and am working on a version
replacement.

CHANGES

Makefile:
MAINTAINER

That's it.

Please find the svn diff attached.

NOTE this port is currently maintained by ports@ so maintainer
approval is implicit.

Thanks!
