Well, that takes care of the port hints. :)  Does anyone know if
the npx(4) driver when used with an external FPU (i.e. on
386's and 486sx's) can use any IRQ other than the default IRQ
on pc98 and i386?  If not, we can just remove the support for
IRQ hints on npx and let it use the defaults instead.
