Subject:   Panic while renaming file on FAT32 FS

CVSUp just yesterday; while attempting to rename a directory on a
FAT32 filesystem the system panicked with the following:

panic: lockmgr: locking against myself

This occured while I was changing the case of characters in the name
of a directory, e.g. from 'Skin' to 'skin'.
