The following reply was made to PR ports/98394; it has been noted by GNATS. From: Fernan Aguero <fernan@iib.unsam.edu.ar> To: bug-followup@FreeBSD.org Cc: Martin Wilke <freebsd@unixfreunde.de> Subject: Re: ports/98394: [PATCH] print/latexmk: update to 308 Date: Mon, 5 Jun 2006 17:57:21 -0300 +----[ Edwin Groothuis <edwin@FreeBSD.org> (02.Jun.2006 17:45): | | Maintainer of print/latexmk, | | Please note that PR ports/98394 has just been submitted. | | If it contains a patch for an upgrade, an enhancement or a bug fix | you agree on, reply to this email stating that you approve the patch | and a committer will take care of it. | | The full text of the PR can be found at: | http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/query-pr.cgi?pr=ports/98394 | +----] Martin, first of all thanks for taking the time to submit a patch for updating latexmk. Now, latexmk-307a is still the latest 'stable' release of latexmk: http://www.phys.psu.edu/~collins/software/latexmk/ Although there are a number of new 308 'test' versions, the one contained in the patch is not the latest of these ... http://www.phys.psu.edu/~collins/software/latexmk/versions.html Do you have a particular requirement for 308? Depending on this, we can either: i) keep with 307a until 308 is blessed as the next 'stable' release ii) update to the latest 308 version (currently 308l) Fernan
