You should try to use the tools that "Windows" intends for solving such situation. In worst case, recover from backup (which should return you to the previous state), e. g. if you deleted the "Windows" partition and its content (which means that you can't "get back" your "Windows"). Without knowledge _what_ gives you the error message mentioned above, diagnostics are quite complicated, and so are suggestions for repair procedures.
