Someone within the last month or 6 weeks posted his script for
monitoring a ppp connection to make sure that the connection stayed up
all the time.

I've managed to lose the script from my mail.  Could someone, or the
same person, repost the script?

I think it was a perl script, but I'm not sure that I'm remembering
correctly.
