If you say so. Please find a new patch.
But just to mention:

1) I remember a vivid discussion on the list which tended towards NOT moving
content of pkg-plist to Makefile.

2) Today Porters' Handbook says:

Usage of PLIST_FILES should not be abused. When looking for the origin of a
file, people usually try to grep through the pkg-plist files in the ports t=
ree.
Listing files in PLIST_FILES in the Makefile makes that search more difficu=
lt.

3) Recently "portlint -AC" has stopped warnings about short pkg-plist, which
were very vocal in present times.
