I've never seen this problem people are describing.=20 My recommendation is to make sure you have the latest gtk12 port installed (gtk-1.2.10_9), then rebuild java/jdk13. As a note, my libjavaplugin_oji.so does not include this symbol. In fact, it doesn't include any gtk_ symbols. Another thing, make sure WITHOUT_PLUGIN is not defined in /etc/make.conf.
