But none knows why. Here's a guess: go to www.findmail.com, scroll to the bottom, and search for "STB" or "BT848". freebsd-multimedia comes up frequently. As Roger said, the person making the query probably hasn't a clue about what "freebsd" means, but "multimedia" sounds promising.
