They provide GPL'd drivers for Linux Kernel 2.6.x for LAN and SATA. They also provided a patch to AGP_AMD64 driver on linux. I've tested and used all for a couple months without issue on Linux. Looks like their targeting Linux Kernel 2.6.12 for inclusion. I'd like to see support for this chipset in FreeBSD. I have the linux source that I can email.
