If I attempt to go to a user's directory that was added after the upgrade isn't browsable. For example if I go to http://www.kidzhaven.com/~user/ or http://www.phear.net/~user/ I get error 403 forbidden. The permissions appear to be set ok on the directories in question (they're chmoded 755) and the user directories that existed before the upgrade are fine. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
