Date: 29 May 1998 21:16:55 +0200 Organization: XS4ALL, networking for the masses Message-ID: <6kn1j7$f41$1@xs2.xs4all.nl> Sender: owner-freebsd-questions@FreeBSD.ORG Precedence: bulk X-Loop: FreeBSD.ORG Hi, I just installed FreeBSD-2.2.6 on a micron transport xke laptop, and when I booted it while connected to the docking station I noticed the following messages: Probing for devices on PCI bus 1: ahc0 rev 3 int a irq 9 on pci1:7:0 pci_map_port failed: device's iorange 0xe800-0xe8ff is incompatible with its bridge's range 0x0-0xfff de0 rev 48 int a irq 9 on pci1:8:0 pci_map_port failed: device's iorange 0xec00-0xec7f is incompatible with its bridge's range 0x0-0xfff The iorange 0x0-0xfff on the bridge chips seems odd.. is freebsd confused by the fact that there are 2 pci busses on this machine ?
