We don't. Currently Zabbix is working - but with PHP 7.4.

It will be another question next year, when PHP 7.4 will be removed. It 
looks like Zabbix don't support PHP 8.0 within the next year. So it is 
possible, that Zabbix will be removed. Or some workaround will be found.
