To: questions@freebsd.org Date: Mon, 29 Sep 1997 15:09:05 +0100 (BST) Reply-To: ip@mcc.ac.uk X-Mailer: ELM [version 2.4ME+ PL32 (25)] MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset=US-ASCII Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit Sender: owner-freebsd-questions@freebsd.org X-Loop: FreeBSD.org Precedence: bulk I'm getting a heap of these: sd0(ncr0:0:0): Deferred Error: MEDIUM ERROR info:0x806b asc:14,1 Record not found field replaceable unit: 1 and was wondering what exactly the error is. I've got bad block remapping enabled in the drive, and it's been reformatted once already. Bad drive, naughty drive, drive go beddy-byes in the bin, I suspect. Not a terribly important question, I'm just trying to satisfy my curiosity.
