firefox startup output

After a fresh install of 13.2-RELEASE and installing firefox from
packages, firefox won't start (see attachment). I first saw this
running under a VMware VM but have repeated it running on a physical
machine. I have only installed xorg, ctwm and firefox (and whatever
dependencies they install) from packages. Am I missing a dependency?

FWIW, I tried installing www/tor-browser and that works.
