Eh? I'm using a Hermes chipset right now in bss mode. Or are you
talking about hostap that we support with prism?

How are you doing it? I have two hermes card with the following
command:
inet 1.2.3.4 netmask 0xffffff00 media DS1 mediaopt adhoc ssid \
SsidMio channel 3 wepmode on wepkey SekRit
(well, except for the wepkey :-).
I have friends that are using mediaopt ibss-create instead.
