Hello,

I did on a amd 64 bit install at p3 a freebsd-update fetch install ->
reboot but it looks like im still at p3

# uname -a
FreeBSD store.localdomain 13.1-RELEASE-p3 FreeBSD 13.1-RELEASE-p3
GENERIC amd64

# freebsd-update install
src component not installed, skipped
No updates are available to install.
Run '/usr/sbin/freebsd-update fetch' first.

# freebsd-update fetch install
