By the way, I'm not sure why the old command line specified a manual path for
the boot catalog.  mkisofs uses /boot.catalog by default and creates it from
scratch so it isn't required.  Also, /floppies doesn't seem to be a sensible
location for it anyways since the catalog file isn't a floppy image.
