Don't worry about. The default value of CONFIGURE_TARGET is
defined in bsd.port.mk:

 CONFIGURE_TARGET?=      ${MACHINE_ARCH}--freebsd${OSREL}

 EMACS_ARCH=${CONFIGURE_TARGET}
