This gives: # synth build net/mpich Encountered issue with net/mpich or its dependencies =3D> gfortran8:lang/gcc8 (required dependency of net/mpich) does not exis= t. because the port name doesn't fit the pattern. Changing this to DEFAULT_VERSIONS=3Dgcc=3D8-devel results in=20 =3D=3D=3D> mpich-3.2_4 depends on executable: gfortran8-devel - not found John Marino tells me the problem is with Mk/bsd.gcc.mk: https://github.com/jrmarino/synth/issues/89 Please advise Thanks!
