All three 53c810-based cards we use here are the cheap ones
from Taiwan, and after examining the packing and the user manuals
I couldn't get a clue who the manufacturers are. (maybe SOYO?)

Anyway, at least one of our NCR cards is named SP-810,
and there is an SP-815 model from the same manufacturer
mentioned on the box, too.

All three cards are working great, btw.
