	This port is made for the latest version of bulk_mailer 1.9
	and has one patch that allows some checking for spam.

	This patch has also been sent to the author <moore@cs.utk.edu>
	and it'll be included into next release of bulk_mailer 1.10.

	The port builds without warnings (-Wall) on 2.2.6-STABLE.
