Would ~fenner/portsurvey/fetchlist help your cgi? I can't imagine that the output of "make fetch-list" is useful to an automated process. Or, if you're setting DISTDIR to somewhere weird so that "make fetch-list" always prints all the files, you could set it to somewhere that you're allowed to write so that the mkdir succeeds. (Or look at ~fenner/mk/bsd.port{.subdir,}.mk and ~fenner/bin/makefetchlist & modify for your own needs) Bill
