"entry already exists" is a common symptom of a bug in an earlier
version of the port (where the entry was added at install time but not
removed at deinstall time).  You can solve it in two ways: force the
installation, then deinstall and reinstall to normalize the situation;
or 'pkg_delete -r xmlcatmgr', nuke ${PREFIX}/share/xml, and reinstall
everything that depended on xmlcatmgr.
