Yes, of course.  Look in /usr/src/sys/i386/conf/LINT for 'device vn',
and man vnconfig(8).  This is usually a matter of simply doing:

    # vnconfig /dev/vn0 /some/file.iso
    # mount -t iso9660 /dev/vn0 /mnt
