So I'm investigating a different brand. The hardware list indicates Specialix SI/XIO/SX multiport serial cards when googling specialix, I get "perle" and find the SX adapter card will support 8 to 32 devices in 8 port jumps. Can anyone confirm that perle SX with 24 ports actually works without any dicking around? My rocketport experiences have left me gun shy on throwing any more money out. Thanks Jim
